What this website collects, who it goes to, and how to switch it off. It is short because the site does little.
Who this is about
This policy covers www.finor4.com, the marketing website for Finora. Finora runs the site and decides what it collects and why. For anything on this page, including the rights set out below, write to contact@finor4.com — that address reaches the people who can act on it.
It does not cover the Finora application itself. If your employer uses Finora, the data inside it is theirs, handled under their own agreement with us, and this page has nothing to say about it.
What the site collects
If you request a demo
The form asks for your name, company, work email, and message, and optionally your phone number. We use them to reply to you about Finora, and for nothing else — no newsletter, no list, no sale or sharing with anyone for their own purposes.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-to-email relay. What you type passes through their servers on its way to our inbox, so they process it on our behalf. We keep the resulting email for 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete it.
If you accept analytics
Only if you accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (property
G-FC3N14B49D), which tells us how many people visit and which pages get read.
It sets the cookies listed below and sends Google your IP address, the page you are on,
and general details about your browser and device. Google acts as our processor and may
handle this outside your country, including in the United States.
Until you accept, Google's consent mode holds analytics storage denied: the tag loads but writes no cookies and sends only an anonymous, cookieless signal. Decline and it stays that way — and any analytics cookies from an earlier acceptance are deleted.
Whether you accept or not
- Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives your IP address and request details as an unavoidable part of serving the page, and uses them to deliver it and to protect the site from attack.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare counts pageviews without cookies and without tracking anyone across sites or visits. It is aggregate only, which is why it is not behind the consent banner.
- Google Fonts. The page's typeface is served by Google, so loading it reveals your IP address to Google. No cookie is set by this.
Cookies and local storage
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one browser from another | 2 years |
_ga_FC3N14B49D | Google Analytics | Keeps session state for this property | 2 years |
finora-consent | This site | Remembers your answer to the banner. Local storage, not a cookie — it is never sent to us or anyone else | Until you clear it |
The first two appear only after you accept. Nothing here is used for advertising: ad storage and personalisation are set to denied and never turned on.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing is one click, exactly like giving it, and takes effect immediately — analytics stops and its cookies are removed. Your browser's own settings can clear or block all of this too.
With JavaScript turned off, no analytics runs at all and no banner appears, because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@finor4.com and we will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work — in the EU and the UK, that is your own country's supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be reflected in the banner as well, so consent is asked again rather than assumed.
